Let Mellow Paws take care of your furry friend while you’re away. Our dog sitting service offers perfect care for your pup, including feeding, playing, walking, and lots of love. Your pup is in the best of hands and you can rest easy knowing that your dog is well taken care of.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy: 1.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges. 2. No-Show Policy: 2.1 Failure to arrive for the scheduled service without prior notice will be considered a no-show. 3. Refund Policy: 3.1 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or No-Shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee. 3.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or for no-shows. 4. Payment Authorization: 4.1 By providing a credit card or other payment information, the customer authorizes Mellow Paws to charge 50% of the full amount in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. 6. Communication of Changes: 6.1 Mellow Paws reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. 7. By making a reservation with Mellow Paws, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
