1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.

 

2. No-Show Policy:

2.1 Failure to arrive for the scheduled service without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

 

3. Refund Policy:

3.1 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or No-Shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

3.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or for no-shows.

 

4. Payment Authorization:

4.1 By providing a credit card or other payment information, the customer authorizes Mellow Paws to charge 50% of the full amount in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

 

6. Communication of Changes:

6.1 Mellow Paws reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
